Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Mystery boxes, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale.
- Disc Golf Discs: Must not show signs of use or field testing. Thrown discs are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at support@birdiebucketdg.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
You must receive approval before sending items back. We will provide return instructions and the proper return address after approval.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Processing of Exchanges: Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@birdiebucketdg.com. We will make it right quickly.
