At Birdie Bucket Disc Golf Company, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, fulfill, and ship orders.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Fulfillment Location

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our home-based inventory location:

This is where our discs are stored, packed, and prepared for shipment before being dropped off at the appropriate carrier.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin processing the following business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to orders $45 and over
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
The delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather events, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues may impact delivery times.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Birdie Bucket Disc Golf Company is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date at:

We will assist you with a replacement or help you file a carrier claim when appropriate.
